In June, 2017 in association with Satara Police and with the help of the ‘Department of Social Forestry’ we planted 15000 saplings and since 2020 we are working towards a Bio-Diversity Park spread across 100 acres in association with Maharashtra State Police, Department of Social Forestry, Revenue Department and Irrigation Department.
We have completed land survey, arboretum section, construction of Farm Pond and temporary road and water reservoir with the help of the Police Department of Satara District. Under the guidance of Sahyadri Devrai Samajik Sanstha and in association with the Police Department of Satara we have successfully grown Arboratum Department – 92 species ,Palm Department – 18 species, Butterfly Garden – 35 species,Medicinal Herbs – 18 species, State Fruit & State Tree - 19 species, Rock Garden - 12 species (Shrub/Climber group species),Rare and Extinct – 18 species,Jackfruit – 22 species,Bamboo – 15 species and Farm Pond with 65,00,000 liters capacity.
